Deleting your account

How to delete your Rollov account and its data.

In the app

• Open Rollov (the Android or iOS app, or my.rollov.app) and sign in.
• Open the menu and go to Settings.
• Under Account, tap Delete account, then Delete forever.

To keep a copy, download a backup under Export in Settings first.

Without the app

Write to support@rollov.app from the email address of your account and ask for it to be deleted. It is done within 7 days, and you get a reply when it is.

What is deleted

Everything: your account and email address, every task, note, project, section and day page with their history, your settings, reminder subscriptions and AI usage records. Nothing is kept, apart from copies in the database provider's backups, which expire on their own within a few weeks. Each device's copy is removed when it signs out.
